After more than 15 years' development, SHENYAGN TOTAL BEARINGS CO., LTD successfully grown into a comprehensive company integrated with production and trading.Our factory is located at Wafangdian town, Liaoning Province. The factory covers an area about 60,000 square meters and a construction area of 34,800 square meters, which includes 6,000 square meters of office building area and 25,800 square meters of workshop area. With fixed assets totaling to RMB120 million, we now possess 426 sets of advanced machinery equipment, over 300 sets of precise instruments and more than 600 employees, including 43 senior engineers. We mainly produce types "0-9" standard and nonstandard rolling bearings, slewing bearings with the diameter from 80mm to 6000mm and high precision bearings with the precision grade up to P2 level.In the light of market demand, we introduced and improved the advanced equipment and technology of the production of the slewing bearings. We're familiar with the different standards of the slewing bearings like IMO, INA and Rothe Erde. Since last year, we made greater efforts to tap the wide market of slewing bearings. We have got the great success. Now our slewing bearings are widely used in construction equipment including mobile and pillar cranes, shovel and digging excavators, waste water treatment machinery, logging industry machines, loaders, robots, machine tools, special equipment such as radar antennas, packaging machinery, tunnel machinery, drilling equipment, and cleaning and bottling machines.Our high precision products include localized spindle bearing for imported precise machine tools with a precision grade of P2, UP, P4, SP and P5. We are able to design and produce FAG, NSK and TIMKEN standard bearings with standard-compliant precision grades.
